With 15 years of experience in talent development, business development, and global consulting, Casey prides herself on working with organizations and their leaders navigate complexity, drive meaningful change, and unlock the fullest potential of their people to successfully accomplish a shared mission. 

In her most recent role, Casey built the Talent and Culture Transformation practice, the first of its kind, at a global management consulting firm. In her role, she partnered with clients from startups to tier one institutions to align people strategy to business outcomes. She advised C-Suite Leaders on strategy, empowered front line leaders to execute and communicate change, and enabled employees at all levels with the toolsets, skillsets and mindsets needed to create success. 

A recognized thought leader, Casey has participated in numerous speaking events and has been quoted in The Financial Times, Bloomberg and American Banker.
