With 15 years of experience in talent development, five of which in management consulting specializing in organizational design and transformation, I help leaders navigate complexity, drive meaningful change, and unlock their fullest potential. With my experience as a coach combined with my practical experience as a senior leader who has built teams and practices, you’ll benefit from solutions that work “in the wild” combining academic best practices with real world lessons learned.
